  I am only rating a 1 since it's the lowest one.
  My family and I went here and they had given our pops with no syrup, our BBQ sandwiches buns were charred black. When we told the cook we weren't eating them, he had the nerve to look at us and say "what"? Then we get our food a second time around and the stuff was dried out, and fries were ice cold, and still had not gotten our pops. We waited 25 minutes for garbage! I demanded that I have my money back. I wasn't eating that food, nor would I feed it to my dog!

  Dairy Queen is pretty much the same everywhere you go, and because of that, it's always exactly what you're expecting. But when it comes to this franchise, it's not the typical food or beverage or dessert that's lacking, it's the people they hire. The employees are basically all high school children who have zero service skills. I can't believe the absolutely horrible service I got here today and every other time I have ever gone here. Sure the staff changes periodically, but the same attitude remains. I'm assuming the management is to blame because you can't go for years and have the same rude attitude from your staff year after year after year.

  Can not find when the store will be open again it closed for the "Winter" even though they serve food.
